Bodyshape
You want to pick out dresses that flatter the bodyshape of your bridesmaids. For example, is one of your bridesmaids feels uncomfortable about their arms, then it would not be recommended to try to push her in a strapless dress because this would perhaps influence her confidence. If you, however, really want them in that specific dress which is straples, then try to compensate by also buying a bolero or other type of jacket that she can wear above it to cover her arms a little.
