Marrying a sailor, not sure what color bridesmaid dress to choose!?
hello everyone
I am getting married in October. My fiance is in the Navy and he will be wearing his dress blues uniform. I want the bridesmaid dresses to match, but i dont want them to be navy. I dont want it to be dark on both sides of us.
how about red with a navy accent?that way it will still blend in and it wont be dark:

alternatively,put them in the same colour dress as you with a navy accent
or you can just go tonal - stay in the same colour family
since the dress blues are navy, then in order to match you would have to choose navy or go with red and add a navy belt or perhaps white with a navy belt or sash. there really isn't much you can do to match and not have them be navy.
