They are both adorable!
The first one more if you wanna stand out, and be bold, get noticed.
The second one if you wanna look sweet, it's adorable, personally I'd pick the second, simply because it's more my style.

Ruffles and laces, Is it good?

I have read some of the articles saying that ruffles (style) i some dresses are not good for plus size woman? How is it?

If you have larger body size, better not have it. Stretchable dress is good, but not the ruffled and laces one. sometimes it confuses the eye of the viewer, it makes you look fatter. So stay away with it.
