Brangelina will tie the knot soon
It’s official now. Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are engaged. An exact date for the couple’s nuptials has yet to be announced.
Cynthia Pett-Dante, Brad Pitt’s manager, told the Hollywood Reporter that the engagement is a confirmed fact. “Yes, and it’s a promise for the future ; their kids are very happy.” Pett-Dante also informed that Pitt has been instrumental in designing the engagement ring.
The engagement ring was crafted by Beverly Hills jeweler Robert Procop.
“Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration. He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suite Angelina’s hand. Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are specially cut to encircle her finger and each diamond is of the highest gem quality,” Mr Procop told the Hollywood Reporter.
Part 3: The smart grid hiring conundrum
In 2010, the Department of Energy awarded $100 million to 54 organizations to prepare an estimated 30,000 Americans for the jobs that are expected to materialize in the both the utility and vendor sectors. A little less than half of these funds were earmarked for devising new curricula and training programs to arm new graduates with the emerging skill sets they need to thrive in the smart grid arena. Recruitment efforts should commence in force at these organizations, as these candidates represent the proverbial low-hanging fruit. However, utilities should be forewarned that they aren't the only ones that will show up to this party.A host of technology vendors is already waiting in line to reserve their spot on these candidates' dance cards. It is going to take a persistent, well-devised strategy to garner the attention of these academicians and their flock. As is the case with most Career Development departments, the squeaky wheel will get the oil. A consistent presence
